Who is RALplast and what do we have to offer?
RALplast B.V. is a young injection moulding company in Waalwijk, which exists since 2011. The current team contains approximately 25 enthusiastic employees. RALplast produces plastic products. Our own employees are happy to tell you more about working at RALplast:

In this team leader position at RALplast:
In this position you will be working with a team which is very close. Apart from your own team, you will also collaborate with other team leaders. The words teamwork, responsibility, proactivity and freedom describe the position and culture the best. At RALplast, you have the possibility to keep developing.
As team leader, you are responsible for the production process and managing the team during a shift. In this position you have a lot of freedom to make choices independently. You make sure that your team works properly and that the quality- and quantity standards are met. At the end of your shift, you ensure that the next team has all the information they need to start their shift.
For this position it is important to have technical skills. During the production process, you asses the malfunctions of machines, you solve them independently and you assign complex failures to our technical service.
When do you fit in our team?
You are a good fit for RALplast when you are reliable, proactive, stress-resistant and collegial. Currently, we are working with a three-shift system, but this is not a problem for you! Furthermore, it is important that you speak Dutch or English fluently and that you have work experience as an (injection moulding) operator.
